We are an Engineering Company that offers market access and partner seeking services tied to engineering solutions for design and construction of domestic and commercial structures. Formed in 2008 by engineer Joy Makumbe, Majorlic Construction’s current focus is on projects that incorporate water and sanitation infrastructure. There is also significant experience in constructing and designing houses that use solar energy to provide water heating and lighting. Structural design and incorporation of Green Technology is a particular area of expertise.

As a member of the Women in Engineering in Zimbabwe, founder Joy Makumbe is strongly networked within the industry and is recognised as an industry leader . The Women in Engineering sector is part of a bigger body of the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers, the official body for all Engineers in Zimbabwe.
Under Makumbe’s leadership, Majorlic maintains a strong community focus.
