SmartPA, a global franchise origin from UK, was founded by Sarra Bejaoui, who was the very first SmartPA. Her goal was to create an admin and business support service focussed not on what she did, but how she did it; to change the way this sector was perceived, experienced and valued. Fast forward 12 years and our community spans the globe, with over 200 SmartPAs, 14 countries, 15 languages and 3000+ clients. Our passion for supporting business growth has not changed since.
SmartPA Japan LLC operates the franchise for Japan and Hong Kong clients; myself Jenny Tung as the franchisee has significant experience of SCM, logistics, procurement and operations mixed with consulting and corporation functional role in various industries across APAC. Jenny’s strength in communication with multiple-language capability and cross-cultural exposure attributes to her extraordinary influencing, resourceful and adaptive skills. She is able to connect and understand business’ needs and eventually leading to be a trusted business enabler for her clients.
