Our founder, Ernesto Velarde-Danache founded this respected, international law firm in 1988 in Brownsville, Texas as a Mexican lawyer providing legal services to the local maquiladora industry. These days, our team of 13 lawyers works out of four locations and has assisted more than 300 foreign investors from Europe, Asia and US to establish operations in Mexico.
